Dahle Family Dentistry is located at 478 SW 12th Street in Ontario, OR. Our family-friendly dental office is easy to find near Saint Alphonsus Medical Center. Just take 4th Avenue to 12th Street and turn at the Chevron station.
We are convenient to several local schools, including Alameda Elementary School, Aiken Elementary School, Ontario Middle School, and Ontario High School. Many of our patients come to us from Ore-Ida, Woodgrain, state and county offices, hospitals, and medical centers.
