Dahle Family Dentistry
A Great Dentist

Janette

Office Manager & Registered Dental Hygienist

Janette always loved visiting the dentist as a child. She started her dental career in high school, training as a sterilization tech and working during the summers. Janette attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and, later, Utah Valley University for her dental hygiene training. She has been working in dentistry since 2015 when she started at Dahle Family Dentistry as a licensed hygienist.

Janette loves dentistry because she enjoys watching patients have the light-bulb moment of "I understand why I am getting cavities or why I have gum disease!" and providing them with the education and tools to manage their oral health at home. She finds it rewarding to see her patients at subsequent visits and celebrate the improvements in their oral health.

Janette enjoys working with a great team dedicated to building their skills and learning to use technology and resources to make patient care more effective and easier. She loves seeing patients year after year, catching up with their lives, watching their families grow, and seeing the positive impact that consistent, quality dental work has over a lifetime.

When she's not helping patients, Janette values her time with her family on evenings and weekends. She is an avid reader and averages over 100 books and audiobooks annually. She likes backcountry hiking, especially when enjoying our beautiful mountain lakes. Her family also enjoys going whitewater rafting several times each summer.

Her most unique hobby is making music by singing, playing the piano (sometimes the organ), and the flute—but not all three at the same time!
